Meet with Ratio

  • 30-minute meeting to go over the details of the position

  • We will take notes and also check if you have any sample profiles who represent the ideal candidate (past employees, etc.)

Build the Model

  • We input the collected data into our AI-driven application to build the draft model

  • We create a draft of the screening questions and answers for our recruiters to use

Review and Sign Off

  • Your Ratio recruiter reviews the draft model to make any necessary improvements

  • We share the revised model with you for your final approval

Fill the Position

  • Ratio’s recruiting team begins sourcing candidates

  • Candidates are evaluated using the screening questions and answers generated by our application, and results are compared with the model

  • Results are shared with you using our visual and intuitive dashboard
